暑假已經開始，本年度之試後活動十分精彩，家長大為讚賞。衷心多謝老師悉心安排是次試後活動，希望學生在有趣的活動中也能學習知識，更重要是建立正面的態度去完成每件事情。本年度試後活動內容包括：講座、棋藝、集體遊戲、躲避盤、教育劇場、環保時裝展、體適能、動畫製作、新加坡及上海分享會等，從相片中可以看到同學們愉快學習的情景及用心製作的成果。

Summer vacation has already begun, but the post-test activities in early July were arranged and they were very exciting and more appreciated by parents. I sincerely thank the teachers for their thoughtful arrangement of the activities. I hope that students will learn knowledge in interesting activities. More importantly, these activities can help students establish positive attitude. Post-test activities include: seminars, chess playing, games, dodge-bee, educational theaters, environmental fashion shows, physical fitness, animation talk, Singapore and Shanghai sharing sessions and so on. The happiness of the students can also be seen from the photos.

7月15日暑假正式開始，學生不用上課了。但老師仍繼續為學生安排不同的活動，例如：英文劍橋班、參觀活動(香港中文大學、嘉道理農場、米埔等)、體育活動(排球、乒乓球、籃球、田徑)，八月份也安排了網球、草地滾球訓練班。希望LTY學生有着精彩、有意義及不一樣的暑假。

Summer vacation started on 15th July as students do not need to go to school. Teachers continuously arranged various kinds of activities to students, such as Cambridge Classes, visiting Chinese University of Hong Kong, Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, Mai Po Nature Reserve and so forth. About sports, we have volleyball, table tennis, track and field, even in August, we have tennis and lawn bowling. We wish LTY students will have a brilliant, meaningful and various Summer Holiday.

7月2日是學校一年一度的聯校畢業禮，六年級的學生、表演生、老師及家長前往沙田大會堂參加。六年級的同學這樣就畢業了，他們已於7月9日取得升中結果。今年的派位成績比往年進步，共十一位同學獲派往南屯門官立中學、屯門官立中學、妙法寺劉金龍中學等英文中學，明年要繼續努力，爭取佳績。

On 2nd July, the annual graduation ceremony of the school was held. Primary 6 students, performers, teachers and parents went the Sha Tin Town Hall to join this ceremony. Primary 6 students finally graduated. They got their results of SSPA on 9th July. This year, students performed better compared with previous years. Eight students will study in South Tuen Mun Government Secondary School, others will study in Tuen Mun Government Secondary School, Madam Lau Kam Lung Secondary School of MFBM and so on. We will continue our work hard to strive for success next year again.

7月4日，老師代表及家長會成員前往午膳供應商的廠房參觀，了解飯盒的製作過程、衛生情況等。各人也很滿意午膳供應商的衛生情況。

On 4th July, teachers’ representatives and members of the Parent-Teacher Association visited the factory of the lunch provider to try to understand the production process and health conditions. Everyone was very satisfied.

我們今年是第一年參加今年屯門區「學生獎勵計劃」，並有六位同學獲獎，同學們前往哈羅香港國際學校參加頒獎典禮，表現十分興奮。

Six of our students won the Tuen Mun District Student Rewards Program this year. This year is the first year to join this program. The students went to the Harrow Hong Kong International School to participate in the prize presentation ceremony. They were very excited.

這樣就過了一年，希望同學們很享受今年學校為大家所安排的學習及活動。亦希望同學今年擁有一個充實及有意義的暑假。下學年9月2日再見！

After a year, I hope that the students enjoy the learning and activities arranged by the school this year. I also hope that students have a fruitful and meaningful summer vacation this year. See you on 2nd September, 2019 of new academic year!
